ENDANGERED MISSING!

This month's Missing Child spotlight is on ANDREW FERNANDEZ, pictured above. ANDREW went missing on May 23, 2008 from Montebello, California.  He is nine (9) years old and may be traveling in the company of an adult female relative. ANDREW has a skin discoloration on both his hands. ANDREW is Hispanic; he has black hair and brown eyes. His DOB is: June 3, 1999; at the time of his disappearance, his height was 4'10" and he weighed 135 lbs.  Anyone with information about ANDREW FERNANDEZ should contact the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678 (1-800-THE-LOST) or the Montebello Police Department (California) at 1-323-887-1313.
